Latar Belakang: Crossmatching adalah pemeriksaan kesesuaian darah pasien dan donor. Incompatibilitas crossmatching mayor disebabkan berbagai faktor.
Tujuan: Mengetahui perbandingan antara hasil crossmatching incompatible mayor positif auto control negatif 3 bulan sebelum dengan 3 bulan saat pandemi COVID-19
Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil crossmatching incompatible mayor positif auto control negatif di UDD PMI Kota Surakarta sebanyak 31 kasus di 3 bulan sebelum pandemi COVID-19 dan 21 kasus di 3 bulan saat pandemi COVID-19. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Independent-Sample T Test.
Hasil: Dari analisa data 31 kasus 3 bulan sebelum pandemi didapat hasil tertinggi, laki-laki sebesar 19 kasus (61,3%), O Rhesus positif 15 kasus (48,4%), usia 20-60 tahun 14 kasus (45,2%). Sedangkan 21 kasus 3 bulan saat pandemi hasil tertinggi pada laki-laki 11 kasus (52,4%), O Rhesus positif 11 kasus (47,6%), usia 20-60 tahun 9 kasus (42,9%). Nilai signifikansi kategori jenis kelamin, sebesar 0,341 > 0,05; golongan darah 0,336 > 0,05; usia sebesar 0,332 > 0,05.
Kesimpulan: Tidak ada perbedaan antara hasil crossmatching incompatible mayor positif auto control negatif 3 bulan sebelum dan saat pandemi COVID-19

Background: Crossmatching is method to compatibility between recipient and donor blood. Major crossmatching incompatibility is caused by variety factors
Objective: To find the comparison between the results of crossmatching incompatible major positive auto control negative 3 months before and 3 months during the COVID-19 pandemic
Methods: The type of research was comparative descriptive with cross sectional design. The sample in this study is results of crossmatching incompatible major positive auto-negative controls at Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta City as many as 31 cases in 3 months before the COVID-19 pandemic and 21 cases in 3 months during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this study using, Independent-Sample T Test.
Results: From the data analysis of 31 cases 3 months before the pandemic, the highest results were male 19 cases (61.3%), O Rhesus positive 15 cases (48.4%), age 20-60 years 14 cases ( 45.2%). Meanwhile, 21 cases in 3 months during the pandemic, the highest results were male 11 cases (52.4%), O Rhesus positive 11 cases (47.6%), age 20-60 years 9 cases (42.9%). The significance value of the gender category was 0.341 > 0.05; blood group 0.336 > 0.05; age of 0.332 > 0.05.
Conclusion: There is no difference between the results of crossmatching incompatible major positive auto control negative 3 months before and during the COVID-19 pandemic
