ABSTRAK

Latar belakang : Peranan kualitas pelayanan donor darah sangat penting untuk menghasilkan komponen darah yang sesuai standar, sehingga secara otomatis akan menarik minat bagi pendonor.
Tujuan Penelitian: adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat donor darah sukarela di Unit Transfusi Darah PMI Kabupaten Tulungagung.
Metode : Penelitian ini meggunakan jenis survei analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua pendonor < 25 kali donor darah sukarela di Unit Ttransfusi Darah PMI Kabupaten Tulungagung yaitu 85 orang perbulan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dan telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan uji korelasi “Product Moment Pearson” dengan tingkat kepercayaan 5% . Analisa data univariat disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji spearmen’s rank, dengan bantuan program SPSS for windows version 25.
Hasil : Sebagian besar karakteristik responden berjenis kelamin pria dengan jumlah 58 responden (74,36%), usia responden bahwa mayoritas responden berusia 31-40 tahun sejumlah 23 responden (33,9 %), pendidikan responden sebagian besar lulusan SMA yaitu 23 responden (33,8%), dan berstatus sudah menikah yaitu sudah menikah 60 responden (88,2%). Tingkat kualitas pelayanan donor darah sebagian besar termasuk kategori baik dengan presentase 98,53% atau 67 responden. Tingkat minat donor darah sukarela sebagian besar termasuk kategori baik dengan presentase 100 % atau 68 responden. Nilai signifikansi atau signifikansi adalah 0,000, nilai 0,000 < 0,05 maka dua variabel tersebut memiliki hubungan. Ada hubungan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan donor darah dengan minat donor darah sukarela di Unit Transfusi Darah PMI Kabupaten Tulungagung.
Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan donor darah dengan minat donor darah sukarela di Unit Transfusi Darah PMI Kabupaten Tulungagung

ABSTRACT

Background : The role of the quality of blood donor services is very important to produce blood components that meet the standards, so that it will automatically attract interest for donors
Research Objectives: Is to find out the relationship between service quality and voluntary blood donor interest in the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit in Tulungagung Regency.
Method: This study uses analytic survey type with cross sectional design. The study population was all donors < 25 times voluntary blood donors in the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit of Tulungagung Regency, 85 people per month.. Sampling technique using Purposive Sampling technique Data collection technique using a closed questionnaire and has been tested for validity and reliability with the correlation test "Product Moment Pearson" with a confidence level of 5%. Univariate data analysis is presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Bivariate analysis using the spearmen's rank test, with the help of the SPSS program for windows version 25.
Results: Most of the characteristics of male respondents with 58 respondents (74.36%), the age of respondents that the majority of respondents aged 31-40 years were 23 respondents (33.9%), the majority of respondents' education were high school graduates, 23 respondents ( 33.8%), and are married, that is, 60 respondents (88.2%) are married. The level of quality of blood donor services is mostly included in either category with a percentage of 98.53% or 67 respondents. The level of interest in voluntary blood donations is mostly in either category with a percentage of 100% or 68 respondents. The significance value or significance is 0,000, the value of 0,000 < 0.05 then the two variables have a relationship. There is a significant relationship between the quality of blood donor services with the interest of voluntary blood donors in the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit in Tulungagung Regency.
Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the quality of blood donor services and the interest of voluntary blood donors in the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit in Tulungagung Regency.
