ABSTRAK
Latar belakang : Pemeriksaan laboratorium sebelum pemberian transfusi darah merupakan bagian penting dalam transfusi. Crossmatching incompatible yaitu ketidakcocokan pemeriksaan darah pada pasien, salah satu metode pemeriksaannya dengan metode gel test.
Tujuan : Mengetahui gambaran hasil tentang permintaan Darah PRC Crossmatching Incompatible Minor dengan Metode Gel Test di PMI Kabupaten Klaten tahun 2021.
Metode : Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.. Populasi penelitian 116 permintaan. Sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 90 permintaan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder diolah menggunakan SPSS dan Microsoft Excel. Analisa data univariat dalam bentuk tabel, diagram dan uraian
Hasil : Permintaan PRC crossmatching incompatible minor metode gel Test sebanyak 90 sampel didapat hasil Januari 12%, Februari 8%, Maret 4%, April 3%, Mei 12%, Juni 11%, Juli 9%, Agustus 12%, September 13%, Oktober 6%, November 7%, Desember 2%, usia 17-25 tahun 8,9%, 26-35 tahun 11%, 36-49 tahun 21,1%, 50-69 tahun 40,0%, 70-75 tahun 18,9%, laki-laki 48,9%, perempuan 51,1%, diagnosa anemia 72,2%, CKD 13,3%, AIHA 10%, penisitopenia 4,4%, golongan darah A rhesus positif 26,7%, B rhesus positif 20%, O rhesus positif 42,2%, AB rhesus positif 11%
Kesimpulan : Permintaan PRC crossmatching incompatible minor metode gel test terbanyak dibulan September 13%, didominasi usia 50-69 tahun 40%, jenis kelamin dominan Perempuan 51,1%, pasien terbanyak diagnosa anemia 72,2%, golongan darah terbanyak O rhesus positif 42,2 %.

ABSTRACT
Background : Laboratory examination before giving blood transfusion is an important part of transfusion. Crossmatching incompatible, namely the incompatibility of blood tests in patients, one of the methods of examination is the gel test method.
Destination: Knowing overview of the results of the PRC Crossmatching Incompatible Minor Blood request with the Gel Test Method at PMI Klaten Regency in 2021.

Conclusion :The highest demand for PRC crossmatching incompatible minor gel test method was in September 13%, dominated by age 50-69 years 40%, dominant sex Female 51.1%, most patients diagnosed with anemia 72.2%, most blood type O rhesus positive 42.2 %.
